					<title>&quot;Tehran&quot; Released!</title>
					<link>http://revolutionrockandroll.com/blog.cfm?feature=2669461&amp;postid=1969188</link>
<description>Well, they&apos;re tricklin&apos; out slowly folks. But I got a few more in the queue before our big election (Lord help us). This one is sort of different than the others in that the message is a little more buried in the melody. But I wrote Tehran after thinking about why our President, Barack Hussein Obama, refuses to wear or salute the American flag. His argument is that it is not a symbol of freedom to the rest of the world. To give him some credit, it&apos;s becoming less and less a symbol of freedom here in the U.S.&amp;nbsp; But it could be again which is what we are here for, right? Right?

So the tune is addressing this issue by reaching out to some of those in the middle east specifically to say &amp;quot;Hey! We don&apos;t hate you! Stop hating us, already, won&apos;t you?&amp;quot;&amp;nbsp; Heck, I was reminded yesterday again from some Facebook post that Jesus Christ was middle-eastern! Anyway, I know its a minority of folks over there that actually hate the U.S. . In fact, it&apos;s much like it is over here...we are just trying to get along-to be left alone.

					<title>&quot;What Have You Done?&quot; Released!</title>
					<link>http://revolutionrockandroll.com/blog.cfm?feature=2669461&amp;postid=1333923</link>
<description>Well, folks...the ball is finally rolling on the full-length album. I&apos;m going to be dropping the singles out as they are competed. I&apos;m shooting for one per month until I get all 10-11 tracks finished. It&apos;s a ton of work, but I think it&apos;s worth it. I hope you do too. This tune was co-written by my good buddy Jack Spirko (www.thesurvivalpodcast.com - check it out!) He had the idea of writing a song from the perspective of our fallen patritots. They are looking down on us and not liking what they see. Did they really die so that our country would collapse because of our national debt...owed to China? Did they invision 40% tax rates and a police state that gropes us when we board a plane?&amp;nbsp; (Ok, so they may not have know what a plane was, but you get the picture...) Would they give up their lives again for this?&amp;nbsp; Please check out the new single an see what we have to say about it.&amp;nbsp; (you can get it&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href=&quot;./music.cfm&quot;&gt;here).

Y&apos;all hang in there. Elections are only a year away!

					<title>First RRR Blog Post!</title>
					<link>http://revolutionrockandroll.com/blog.cfm?feature=2669461&amp;postid=1204335</link>
<description>Well, I seem to be able to get words down faster than I can get podcasts out. So in between the podcasts, I&apos;m going to be keeping you informed of the progress I am making over here in this little corner of the revolution to take our country back from the political hacks and socialists regiemes that have taken over Washington D.C.&amp;nbsp; I thought I would use this outlet to give the loyal fans of Revolution Rock and Roll updates and news regarding this project, special insight into the music being created here, and my views on what is happening in our fast-deteriorating nation. Also, I hope to build a community by cross-posting from other patriot music portals to bring you the latest in what is going on in the Patriot music movement.

First and foremost, I want to thank all of the new Facebook fans of Revolution Rock and Roll! I&apos;m looking for ways to reward you guys with special givaways and merchandise from the store. I hope that you will take the time to check out the podcasts and the tunes that are currently up on the site. Many more are coming and will be posted as they come hot out of the studio. Once I get a decent group of tunes together, I will be launching the first RRR album. After that, I plan to take the show on the road. I&apos;m even thinking of calling the group &amp;quot;Gregg Yows and the Bolt Carrier Group&amp;quot;. Ha! If you don&apos;t know what a BCG is, it&apos;s the set of parts on a rifle, particularly on an M-16 that makes up the bolt, bolt carrier, ejectector and firing pin. I dunno...I thought it was appropriate ;)

I&apos;ve said this many times in the podcasts. But in case you missed it, I am first and foremost a patriot who loves my country dearly. I feel so lucky to have been born here and to have been given the opportunities on which I have been able to capitalize. I am outraged that certain members of our congressional leadership have the audacity to call those of us who support the Tea Party &amp;quot;terrorists&amp;quot;. What utterly absurd and ironic nonsense! Who is really terrorizing our country? Who is really re-distributing our wealth to those who feel entitled? Where are these entitlements going to lead us? Just look at London, Greece, Spain and other countries for the answer. Once you head down the entitlement road, the road back involves violence and bloodshed. But you don&apos;t even have to look that far. Look at what is happeining in Philidelphia and around the country with these &amp;quot;flash&amp;quot; mobs raiding private businesses to get what they feel is &amp;quot;theirs&amp;quot;. Where is this coming from? This type of thing simply didn&apos;t happen when everyone was expected to work. If you didn&apos;t, you were labeled a &amp;quot;bum&amp;quot;.

My latest song which I am in the heat of recording (I did the bass lines this morning) addresses this issue and what our ancestors and servicemen would think if they saw the country they died to preserve. Our freedoms have been slowly stripped away over the past 100 years. Little by little, political correctness has destroyed what is left of the American value system which, no matter what anyone says, is based on Christianity and the teachings that come from the Bible. And those teachings are simply how to live a good and fruitful life respecting everyone&apos;s desire for life, liberty and the persuit of happiness. I&apos;m not a big Bible thumper, mind you...I&apos;m a rock-and-roller and an overly-emotional songwriter...but did the men who died at Normandy really give up their being for this? I don&apos;t think so.

Stay tuned...</description>
